The 2008 recipient of the Lifetime of Service Award is Dr. Ralph Winter, founder of the U.S. Center for World Mission (USCWM), in Pasadena, California. Dr. Winter has been a mission educator, entrepreneur and paradigm pioneer for more than three decades. In addition to the USCWM, Dr. Winter played a central role in the founding of William Carey Library Publishers and the course, Perspectives on the World Christian Movement.
